1: The Discovery Call
First, conveniently schedule your discovery call. On this brief introductory call, we learn more about you and talk about your project and design or decorating goals. We answer your questions and share next steps to getting you closer to your dream home.

2: The Consultation
Next, we go all-in gathering the details through our signature questionnaire to learn more about your design, décor, and personal preferences. You also book your in-home consultation (or virtual consultation if a remote client). During the consultation, we will walk through your home and room(s) to be designed, share initial design recommendations and advice, review our design process, and recommend a design service based on your needs.

3: Service & Package Selection
We will work together to determine which of our design service and package levels is the best fit to meet your needs in terms of your project's location, time and financial investment, and design goals.

4: Booking & Scheduling
Once your project estimate is approved, design agreement is signed, and project deposit is received, we can schedule your project, and design for your dream home can begin!
